Cable TV’s “Ghost Hunters” having found all manner of thumps and lights indicating spirits at the Mark Twain House in an episode last week, move to another of Hartford’s landmarks tonight.
The Old Hartford State House is one of the most historically significant buildings in Connecticut. It also one of the most haunted. The Atlantic Paranormal Society or T.A.P.S visited the haunted Mark Twain House and The Old State House in late September. The “Ghost Hunters” who invaded Hartford’s historic Mark Twain House earlier this fall didn’t go away empty-handed. When the famous duo of plumbers-by-day from Warwick, R.I., were dispatched to Hartford in September with their crew, they encountered all manner of noises and shadows and electromagnetic fields.
Agent Jody Hotchkiss , of Hotchkiss and Associates, brokered a deal for Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson , the “ghost busters” on the SyFy channel’s reality show Ghost Hunters , to do a middle grade children’s series at Little, Brown Books for Young Readers.
Arizona fans of SyFy Channel’s Ghost Hunters International take note. Paul Bradford, seen in one of the last episodes of the 2009 season, has become the team’s latest investigating member.
